For every nanny job, there is a lovely, experienced nanny eager to start work.  The London Nanny Agency believes in sending quality over quantity and would like for each of our clients to interview two to three nannies for their position.   Even if you love the first nanny you interview, we suggest interviewing at least one more so you have a basis for comparison.  First round interviews are for you to get to know each candidate and from there, extend offers for second interviews to the top one or two nannies.  The second interview is meant to help both parties determine if they are the right fit for one another.
