1)     You do not have a consistent employment history as a nanny.

2)      You do not meet the 2 year, full-time, professional childcare minimum experience (or 1 year plus specialist nanny qualification).

3)      Your primary childcare experience took place during your teenage years.

4)      You do not have a minimum of 2 contactable, English-speaking referees.

5)      Your employer or CRB references do not check out or are unsuitable.

6)      You do not come across passionate and professional enough for the career of nanny.

7)      You did not demonstrate enough initiative in your work.

8)      Your availability is limited and extremely difficult to match up with the majority of clients’ requests.

9)      Your Visa status is insufficient for our minimum placement requirements

10)   Poor, radical or unsuitable self-presentation, late for interview, unprepared or unprofessional in speech.
