London Nanny Agency Fees

Live out - 5x weekly net salary Live in - 6x weekly net salary Overseas - 17.5 % net salary p/a; Temp nannies from £30 per day

Listed below, our nanny placement fees are industry-standard and we are the only nanny agency which pays for paediatric first aid courses and enhanced DBS checks*. This is included in our fee and there is never any extra cost to the client or the nanny if the nanny’s enhanced DBS is more than a year old and/or paediatric first aid is more than three years old.

There is no VAT to pay and no registration fee

We are able to run and check enhanced DBSs (and also foreign police checks if required), arrange Paediatric First Aid courses, advise parents and nannies about Ofsted registration and support parents throughout the entire employment process including contracts, salary negotiation and all the responsibilities required from parents.  see Employer responsibilities

Permanent London Nanny Agency Placement Fee

(permanent placements are seen as over 12 weeks)

UK Live-Out/Daily Nannies - 5 X the Nanny's weekly net salary 

UK Live-In Nannies - 6 X the Nanny's weekly net salary

International Placements for Nannies - 17.5% of the Nanny's annual net salary

Temporary LONDON Nanny AGENCY Placement Fees

(temporary placements are seen as under 12 weeks)

Temporary Nannies UK/Europe - £30 per week day*** and £60 per Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays payable in advance, three days after the invoice is sent or before the booking commences, whichever is the soonest. **

International temporary nannies excluding Europe - £60 per week day*** and £120 per weekend and bank holidays. Payable in advance, three days after the invoice is sent or before the booking commences whichever is the soonest. **

Please note that for all temporary nannies if a booking has been confirmed and the client cancels the minimum agency fee will be charged. In addition the nanny will receive one weeks full pay at the agreed rate before the booking commences.

Maternity nannies - £60 per day (Monday-Sunday), payable in advance, three days after the invoice is sent or before the booking commences, whichever is the soonest.**

*as standard if the fee is over £500.00 and the current certificates are out of date.

**All temporary and maternity placement fees are subject to a minimum fee of £240.00 for UK and Europe and £480 for international placements.

***“A day” constitutes any booking during a 24 hour period
