NW10, Willesden Green. Housekeeper with separate accommodation provided for family with two young children and a baby. They are seeking a proactive, creative, energetic and enthusiastic nanny/housekeeper who is able to work alongside the parents and also care for the children on a sole charge basis as well. The successful candidate will be able to use initiative, be interested in child education and development (experience of teaching very welcome) and be able to support the children as they grow and learn, inspiring them to be curious and motivated, engaging them through play, activities and outings creating a warm, stimulating and positive environment. As well as taking care of the children other duties include daily household management including cooking for the family, cleaning (there is additional cleaning support but the successful candidate will take responsibility for this), laundry, tidying and keeping family life organised. Must be proactive, forward thinking and sensible. Confident driver preferred. Must be able to liaise well with the parents, work as part of the team with excellent communication skills. The children are home schooled.
Travel is also part of the job including USA and France and so must be happy to accompany the family and support them on these trips, sometimes for a few months at a time. Must be able to work independently and not rely on constant direction.
Full time hours (exact ones tba depending on successful candidate)
