They are seeking an energetic and resourceful person to assist and support during their stay (the grandparents and parents will also be there at times to help). The successful candidate will be organised, fun, and knowledgeable about the area and what it has to offer young children. They should be able to demonstrate good knowledge and experience looking after toddlers (please note that both are potty trained and sleep trained) and be able to organise and source educational but entertaining activities for them including games and arts and crafts as well as trips out. Must have an up- to- date enhanced DBS, paediatric first aid and excellent references. It is also important to be self -employed.

Nanny required for a family based in SW11, to care for two boys ages 8 months old and 3 years old. 

The role will initially involve some shared care while mother is on maternity leave, transitioning to more independent support once she returns to work at the end of July. 

The position includes 1 full day midweek from 8:00am–8:00pm and 2–3 afternoons/evenings from 5:00pm–8:00pm, plus occasional ad hoc weekend hours, with a minimum of 25+ hours per week. 

Duties include nursery pick-up, preparing children’s meals, supporting the evening routine (including bath and wind-down), toileting support, taking the children to local activities, and organising age-appropriate play and crafts to support their development. 

The ideal candidate will be warm, reliable and punctual, with a strong focus on safety, and has recent experience caring for both a baby and a toddler. A proactive and engaging approach is important. 

The nearest stations are Clapham Junction, Clapham Common and Clapham South. The family do have a cat.
