Hastingleigh, village near Ashford, Kent (North Downs). Family with seven year old are seeking a live out nanny/housekeeper to help on a part time basis (three days per week, 2pm-6.30pm plus babysitting but these hours could be extended for the right candidate and will be increased during the school holidays). The parents both work in media/PR and it is a lively, energetic and friendly household. The successful candidate will be able to care for the little girl, doing after school pick-up (approx. 15 mins away), prepare nutritious and appealing meals for her (batch cooking would be helpful), help clean the house and process child’s laundry etc. There is the possibility of additional PA duties if interested but not essential. There is also the opportunity to travel with the family in holiday time if this is of interest, but again not essential. A car will be provided for use during working hours (applicants must be a confident driver with a clean driving licence). The successful candidate will be responsible, reliable and able to work with initiative on a sole charge basis, demonstrating excellent communication skills with a warm and sensible attitude, building up a rapport with the child and parents.
